How will I meet the driver in airport?
The day you get your transfer, we will contact you to verify your information and share the details of your transfer. Depending on the airport, we will welcome you with a name plate or a code.
How can I make a change for my arrival date or cancel my reservation?
You can make changes to your taxi reservation or cancel it 24 hours in advance by contacting our email info@damataxi.com or our 24/7 call center. If you cancel your taxi reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we do not guarantee a refund. For tour reservations, cancellation is also possible 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your tour reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we do not guarantee a refund.
What am I going to do if my flight delays?
You do not need to do anything because we will track your flight using your flight number. We will have information about any delays and proceed accordingly.
What should I do If I can not find my driver at airport?
Once you land, please switch on your mobile phone and connect to the free Wi-Fi provided at the airport. You may contact our call center for information.
What am I suppose to do If I miss my flight?
Make sure to inform us through our What’s App connection number (+90.542.5781033)
How to decide pick up time from my hotel/location?
We advise scheduling your pick-up time approximately 4 hours earlier than your departure time for international flights and 3 hours earlier for domestic flights.
What am I suppose to do when I forget my item in the car?
We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items during your trip. However, you can contact us immediately in such cases, and we will assist you. If the driver has not yet left, we will return your item for free. If the driver has already left, a return is possible with an additional charge.
Why is flight number important?
We track your flight and get your vehicle ready according to the landing time.
